1) Beer or Alcohol- Individuals who have thyroid problems. And if you consume alcohol daily then it works to increase your thyroid. Also, your situation can become worse.
2) Soybean- If you eat soybean, thyroxine increases or decreases in your body. If thyroxine decreases, it leads to thyroid disease. Which is not at all true for our body. That is why soybean should not be used in this disease.
3) Salt- thyroid gland makes thyroxine hormone using salt. That is why whenever our body is deficient in iodine, the thyroid gland becomes larger. That is why it is advisable to eat enough iodine salt. If you consume iodine in limited quantity then you can avoid serious disease like thyroid and that is why the government is also giving more emphasis on iodine salt nowadays.
